I'd say combine both! Why would you need to stay in front of the monitor to do the same actions if there are robots for that, and at the same time robots are missing the opportunities.
Trading alongside a day job....

I don't know. I trade during my working hours. Maybe it is not something that everyone can do, but my time frame is H1. It is enough for me to look at the chart 3-4 times during the working hours. I tried the EA, but discovered that they are still need to be controlled. There is a possibility i choose a wrong one)) Any advises are appreciated.
Do you think that EA can be profitable?

Actually I tried a couple of free EA and the back tests showed that they are profitable, but then I put them on demo account that is close to real one (I mean with low leverage and about 500 deposits) and none of them made me happy! So I'm thinking right now is there a reason so spend money on the EA, maybe since they are made for selling they should be more profitable, otherwise people wouldn't buy them.
