Important - Auto Update Issue

Not sure if they are actively blocking us or maybe it has something to do with the latest build 500 of MT4, but it seems our servers are getting blocked by different brokers for the last few days (more and more brokers as time goes by). We did contact several brokers which are trying to find out what has changed on their end but it seems to be a global issue with MT4.Not much to do from our end at this time.Thanks for the feedback 😄

This only refreshes the connection until is it blocked again (can be a matter of minutes or hours).

Dear members,As you know, we have an auto update option for MetaTrader 4 accounts. With this method accounts update through the investor password. Since a few days, the accounts in auto update mode no longer update every 5 minutes and this is because brokers are blocking our servers. Yes. The regulation in the US prohibits us from accepting US clients at this time (just like the broker).

We'll be adding more brokers in the future, however in any case, we've yet to find any similar service charging lower fees, in fact, AutoTrade offers the best pricing for such a service.

We've already added it yesterday but haven't announced it yet 😄Go to your system (through your portfolio) and find the 'AutoTrade' tab in the trading window. It will also analyze in real time different periods in case custom analysis is used.

The data is delayed by up to 5 minutes when looking in the system page. Moreover, our servers are being limited by Oanda due to the amount of contest accounts which they are working to resolve - this causes further delay on top of the standard 5 minutes.
