We've already tried downloading the data in pieces, however it's not reliable as it often fails the same as if trying to fetch the entire history at once.

It's actually not a problem on Myfxbook's end, but on Oanda's 😄.Their servers cannot fetch a large amount of history records - Oanda are working on a solution for us as we speak and hopefully it will be ready soon.

Well, it's not possible as we have more than 30,000 accounts to process - this will create a very high load on the broker's side and will probably get our servers blocked on their side.

Yes, it is based solely on real accounts' data. I'm not sure I understand the first part of your question - the data is collected from verified accounts only, and since not all accounts are verified, this doesn't take into account 100% of the accounts connected to Myfxbook. As to Myfxbook, there are both demo and real account types connected, so obviously we don't see a point in basing the data on demo accounts also.The demo figure is just for informational purposes - since many users are confused by this figure, we've decided to remove it for now.And as to the last questio...

This is out of our control so we can't do much there. There's nothing to worry about the performance though as the winning accounts will be based on the profit to avoid the virtual deposits/withdrawals.

IX, thanks for the 2c 😄 The setup was indeed a raid 1 - the raid controller was faulty and caused both of the disks to fail without an option to restore the data.Lesson learned the hard way 😳. We're already working on a redundant solution with multiple backups.

Oh, this is just a warning of your browser saying it's browsing from secured pages to non-secure page. This happened since we're changing the configuration of the server in order to make the move to the new server. For now SSL has been disabled to avoid such errors.

Yes, indeed. We're working on it. Unfortunately, both the main hard drive and the backup drive were wiped out, so I'm not sure if we'll be able to restore the images.
