I'm not here to defend squared financial, and we shouldn't have been losing connection anyway, but, on the other hand I don't like to see people making false accusations and promoting their own interests on a comment board that has nothing to do with your interests. Let's be honest, squared financials website is not difficult to navigate, and I posted their email address above, which they quickly responded to me from and fixed the problem. Don't use this forum thread to promote your alternate group interest.

yes, I am using the right log-in, pw, and server. It says invalid account every time.

hi. I have account with another company and have been trading ten years. I did a screenshot of the log-in details and kept the email, so I'm logging in properly. I am also using the correct server. I hope this gets resolved. I had no problem logging in at the onset of the contest.

I had no connection last night for around 3 hours, so I deleted the account from my mt4 app on my iPhone. Now, when I try to log in it says "invalid account". It's frustrating watching my account lose $ (albeit fake $) on my myfxbook profile but not be able to get access to the account on the trading platform so I can trade or close my open positions! Please tell me how to get access to my account again.

Right, I've quite a bit of practice w/ them so was hoping to trade them in the contest. I've been muddling through w/ currencies only. I've tried all the indices on the platform and none of them work. I also wrote a letter to myfxbook. Unfortunately, got no response. It will be so nice if they fix the indices for us and let us trade them! 😎😎

Hello squared financial. I hope you can respond. I like trading indices. I notice that my SF iphone MT4 platform has several indices available, such as USNDX.CASH. However, whenever I try to trade any of them, though, it says please wait, and then the trade does not process and gives an error message: trade timed out. This happens no matter how many or how few lots i try to purchase. Is there anyway that you could fix this problem so that I can buy indices? If so it would be much appreciated! Kindly, Valeagrl1

Hi. The contest rules state: "Minimum volume over duration of contest 300 contracts." So, I'm assuming that means 300 round-trip trades. Is there a minimum number of lots that need to be traded in each contract? 😕
