LOST $14 k for 0.01 USDCHF LOT SIZE .Please help !

Well, just want to clarify that if the position indeed closed at 0.06460 then the lost IS CORRECT. Please be aware you lost 937.51CHF instead of USD, and at the time it closed, the pair trading at 0.06460 so your lost is 937.51CHF / 0.06460 = 14,512.54 USD which is totally right.So the only hope is IC Markets will revise your closed price.Good Luck.

Well, just want to clarify that if the position indeed closed at 0.06460 the lost IS ACTUALLY CORRECT. You all forgot the fact that at the time the position closed, the USD/CHF trading at 0.06460 as well. And OP lost 937.51CHF not 937.51USD, which equals to 14,512.54USD so the trade has nothing wrong with the figures!The only hope is IC Markets will revise your closed price.Good Luck.

Clearly BlueMonkey need to explain the EA's mechanic a little bit to clarify something.At the moment I could only assume the EA works locally, thus it analysis the market condition based on our own broker/VPS. This is the only reason I can think of that cause the differences between clients and master accounts.However I still want a confirm from BlueMonkey that all trades are monitored by EA locally based on the open trades, and no orphan trades will be left open forever.Somehow from this guy's account it worries me since he still has trades opened from the 9th.http://www.myfxbook.com...

Hi Alex,have being using your EA for a couple of weeks now, seems working fine. Just want to clarify something.Does client’s EA open and close trade based on Master EA or based on market movement? I mean does the EA judging trades locally or remotely?I’m asking this only because I notice my trades are not exactly same with Master account, it seems open more trades than the master, although they all closed properly eventually.I want to make sure the trading mechanic is fully monitored and controlled by local EA, they are not remotely controlled by Master EA and if something goes wro...
