here is the solution: have a bottle of good whiskey handy. and no glass! regularly drink a few shots while trading and suddenly you will float above the market. nothing can touch you. this technique is also knows as drunken forex kungfu master.

5 to 6 years ago i started FX trading with REFCO before they went bust. at the time, FXCM was REFCO's daughter company (if i remember correctly). it was a market maker, i.e. deal desk, i.e. bucket shop. i didn't know any of this at the time as i was green behind the ears. after REFCO i switched to FXCM until i realized what was going on. same problems as mentioned here: horrendous slippage, feed manipulation, spikes taking out stops and so on. at the time they didn't offer MT4, so all trades were entered with their TradeStation, which goes to show that MT4 is not the only piece ...

with all due respect to all MT4 users, i quite frankly do not understand why you all love MT4 so much. besides the fact that it was designed from the ground up to facilitate scamming retail traders, the UI isn't any better than, say, for ex., JForex or even MB Trading's old platform, MBT Navigator Pro. if you want charting excellence, then you might as well fork out USD 1,000/year for eSginal, at least that way you know you get a rock solid and proven solution. and the last nail in MT4's coffin is the clumsy order entry/order management interface. to wit:1- why is there no 1-cl...
