I would like to introduce to you fine traders LTG-Basket Case

low DD about 3.25% as of writting, 3960 pips booked, 11.20% returns
I know its only 1 month ( technically 3 weeks)
but this thing has been demod for 5 months, and the results are exactly the same...

You don't necessarily need to have a risk-reward ratio of 1:1 in order to be profitable in the long term if the percentage of trades you win is higher than 50%. I agree with you though - there's far too little data available on my profile for someone to really be able to judge my trading performance. Time will tell.

To make matters worse, they are Demo accounts.
And if that was not enough, the second link already shows a 21.10% drawdown.
To anyone thinking they'll get any serious money from investors, I'll repeat the obvious: even if you are not, at least act as a professional money manager. Think of what you would like from him/her, and realize you are shooting yourself in the foot if the first impression about you is that of an absolute newbie. Don't post big words without, as the absolute minimum, a REAL money VERIFIED account. And if you don't have at least 1 month with 50 trades, show some patience and wait to make your account public until you get those two in place.
Btw, 1 month & 50 trades are just some arbitrary values I came up with, based on how little time I've seen it takes for accounts to blow up. Many investors will want much more!

I somewhat understand your point, even though there are good brokers who allow you to open with $200 or less. But here is the thing: even the profitable traders get themselves into trouble when managing money for others (whether publicly or just between friends). So from my point of view aspiring managers need to complete these 3 steps:
1) be profitable in demo; this part I believe they should keep to themselves (i.e. no need to publicly show demo accounts)
2) be profitable in real money account, which should be with a recognizable broker (i.e. no with MyUnknownSuperBroker)
3) be profitable in a managed account, i.e. show you can sustain your personal performance when trading other's money
Of course, you can skip these steps and dream about getting funded. I was just telling my side of the story. There is a lot more to it, but the above list is the minimum I expect.
