yes just starting last day or so, I am sure it's a system wide issue and it's displaying for everyone. I have alerted admin so will wait and see what response we get and have let them know about this thread also. They better fix soon, or they will have heaps of desertions over to fxstat or other monitoring software.

And there I was thinking I was the only one being disrespectful for using add block!

I'm sure they will amend it. I still have faith.

Good night all, 1.20am in Aus, nothing spectacular out tonight so bed looks good.
fellow aussie here also, yes time for bed. Hopefully a fix through soon, or at least adapted to only show once per day, not everytime you open a new thread!

I didn't end up sleeping.

I agree Tradefx, and if I were to sign up for a brokerage I would not hesitate to use myfxbook's link, but for the time being I'm using it for other reasons.

It kept bringing up the adds on a new page whenever I clicked home so it was pretty irritating. :/

Rob, the addblock doesn't get rid of the myfxbook notification which aeronthomas was referencing.
Keep at it

if the popup problem isn't fixed then I will install an adblock at least the pages will load faster without all the useless broker ads I don't need.

I apologize for the inconvenience - the issue has been fixed. Users who do not have ad block will not see the message anymore.

I'll restart my browser and see if that works... it's been open since yesterday.

it could be the strict popup blocker seen as an ad blocker. Mine is fixed and I didn't have to restart browser... try disabling that strict popup blocker and see if that fixes it.

The popup blocker is toggled off. I suppose it depends on how they make the determination, if they search for the term 'block' in extensions then this may be the reason.

Hello everyone, do many of you continue to use Add block on myfxbook despite their kind msg to remove it?

Yes, I use this ad blocker; not only in the myfxbook but also for all of websites! I actually use this tool for the security issue!

I believe that thanks to the adblock, I do not see a lot of unnecessary information. And that's why I do not care what the website says to me. Why should I see ads I'm not looking for?

Always use Add block and I don't see any reason to stop using it.
