Investor password in web terminal

Hi! I have a friend who wants to connect his MT4 account to myfx. However, it seems impossible to get hold of the investor password. I registered a few months back but I can't remember exactly how. The problem is that we're both on mac and have iPhones. So there is no MT4 software that we can use. That leaves us with the web terminal of MT4. But there doesn't seem to be a way to find the investor password from there. The broker can't help either I'm afraid. They say the master password could be used but it doesn't work. Any help?

There is no MT4 app to iPhone at the moment. It was taken down from the app store. If you have it you must have installed the app before it was taken down.
