Why I can't fix (Multiplier) of Auto-Trading ?

I am following 3 traders. And the Multipliers are set at 0.5 ,0.7 and 0.7 . I tried to increase the value many times ,but when I reload the page it is set back to the original value.
And what are the pause and play button near the multiplier value ?
