what is the best Buy signal that you can ever have in your opinion ??? is it The Hammer or The Inverted Hammer ?? or is it The Three White Soldiers or maybe its a completely something else .

One of my favorites is The Hammer. This announces a panorama where the fall comes to its end to bring a next bullish trend.
However, I think we can not use isolated signals, somehow managing them all helps us to calculate trends up and down.

I really like the “Three White Soldiers”, but I cannot describe it as the best one. To be honest for me there is not a “best” one. They are all helpful depends on your trading style and what do you want to achieve from trading
