The EA works for all ECN account, but for best result use broker with low trading cost to minimize risk, Pepperstone standard commission is 0.7 pips per trade, very high compared with Tickmill commission only 0.4 pips per trade.

Thanks

Hello lazellnet,

Your EA's trades are IN and OUT withing seconds only. So, I wonder if ECN brokers still let us WIN and MAKE MONEY for long time or not ? Because as you know, ECN Brokers also have to liquidate all these winners to a Large pool of Interbanks so that ECN brokers will not lose MONEY to us, right ?

So, I would like to ask you and hope you can try to reply and explain to my following questions:

1. Because your EA trades on Breakout, so, as I know, all ECN brokers will give Slippages to all these pending trades at Breakout points for sure.
So, how do you think and feel about the Maximum Slippage of pips per trade on your live account at Tickmill so far ?

2. With such Slippage, how does your EA control the Slippage and STILL MAKE PROFITS on the long-term ?

3. In addition to Tickmill and FXCM, any other brokers that you have run your EAs and make Consistent profits for last few months ?

+ How do you think about IC Markets, FX Choice, Thinkforex, etc ? Have you tried any of these brokers?

Waiting for your reply to above questions before deciding to buy your EA. If it can really works on ECN brokers with good profits and long-term, then, it is worth buying it even at high price.

Thanks a lot
James

Hi James,

1. Average negative slippage on Tickmill https://www.myfxbook.com/members/lazellnet/ambaru-ea-tickmill/1526334 is 0.11 pip per trade (Recomended to use this broker)

2. The EA use adaptive trade management algorithm to minimize drawdown and calculate negative slippage as trading cost.

3. The EA tested on 3 brokers, check our page https://www.myfxbook.com/members/lazellnet

+ Yes, EA works for all ECN account, but for best result use broker with low trading cost (low spread+low commission).
ICMarket and Thinkforex commission more expensive than Tickmill commission.

Thanks

To be fair all these EAs copy the success of the AlgotradeEA https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/12893
The concept is to place pending stop order (buy and sell ) of the the previous highest/lowest ticks in 1hour time frame. Some coders place orders 1-2pips away from the previous highest/lowest in hope that the EA would catch some quick pips when the market is volatile enough.

For my own experience. the result of this type of trading (or EA) is only mediocre and varies one to another because of the slippage and commission and the latency of your VPS . Also the market situations will change over time that this EA can't simply apply the same highest/lowest tick trading all the time. Therefore, even though this type of EA is genuine , I say it is overpriced

Yes, many EA use pending order based support and resistance, but the key is algorithm to manage open trade within 1 - 10 seconds and this algorithm is different with EA you mentioned above.

Thanks
