The robot has been on the market for a few years, but he created the website and started selling this year meaning he is selling somebody else's robot, so you will not get any updates or money back.

Mt5fexpert.com is also a scam website from a con artist who sells an EA that never work in real account.His EA only works on scam brokers like the infamous FXCH
There will always some good opportunities , just don't give up

Ask him to give you examples of Real accounts that he is managing and you will not any, since he is not a real money manager, only gambler who will lose your money very fast.

So far we always ignore all of their comments since they are the same person who are commented the same thing over and over. Now is our turn to tell you that they are “The Pot Calling The Kettle Black” that means those all comments or posts are made by MT5FXROBOT since they are envy with our result so it likes a child that talk about the bad thing that they cannot make it.

They are scammers. Don't trust them with your money, except they sell their product through Clickbank (where of course you can easily get a refund when you meet scammers) or Paypal where the transaction is also safer.
I regret my experience with them. If you doubt this, I can send you my correspondence with them and how they refused to give me support to get the product working according to their claims. I have since asked for a refund but of course, scammers don't refund except they are compelled to. Beware of these thieves for your own good!!!
