Personally, AND I recommend to everyone to be careful and dont even think to buy if the account not full verfied!!!
If its not full veried something smill "fishy".

* i dont have any EAs to sell. just think to buy this EA and when i talk to vendor to skype he will not make simple thing " to verfied"
think about it.
