How is the spread and fills working out for this Armada-LMAX execution? It looks like a some slippage on all SL. I wonder whether this slippage would be present on EURUSD pair.

Ray hasn't experimented with EUR/USD as yet, though I'd expect there to be some slippage there as well. Apart from other potential issues, if you look at the DoM on the LMAX home page they show you the spread and also frequently gaps in the book, even on the euro.

One more question: I wonder how fast LMAX executes on MT4 compared to their claim of 'unparalleled speed and reliability'. In terms of millliseconds, how many more ms to execute on MT4?

Lots! Variable in my experience, but typically hundreds of extra milliseconds. That's MT4 for you. 'Unparalleled unreliability and lack of speed'!
