This guy really ripped me off.
He offered me a 60 day money back guarantee, but then when I asked for it, he said no.
Before I bought the system from him, he was friendly and helpful but that changed quickly as soon as he had gotten my money, he wasn't so helpful in showing me how to setup the one robot I tried to use but never had even made a single trade. I also downloaded a manual system in which I lost all my money. At this point I took a break from forex.
Now that I am back into Forex I wanted to read some of the books in the package since I already paid $150 US for it, the password is changed. When I contact him to ask him about it he ignores me and says I quote" You talk bullshit". I have an e-mail he sent me saying there was no expiry, which is why I didn't rush to download everything and I was moving across the country.
I am wondering if there is anything that can be done. Paypal did nothing to help me, they actually enable people like him. He has been so rude to me considering I am a paying customer, I either wanted my money back since I deleted the 2 systems i did download or access to package that I had paid for.

my sympathies @ foxypips .. most of the goats who offer managed funds services are usually nothing but con-men and as SIM said you have learnt a harsh lesson in the world of FX but i dont think you learnt the real lesson. i was scammed by a broker about 4 months ago...slightly over $40,000. this broker is still running business after much noise and effort from myself and other clients we finally realized that these guys cant be nailed. this is the FOREX world. most clients quit chasing this broker when we realized that the so called "peace army" was behind them. the broker was a sponsor on thier site so if you think paypal will help you think again. this is the lesson. when you're in the trap of a scammer you might not find help so LOOK CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU LEAP. ask questions from fellow "experienced" traders, investigate a little BY ASKING QUESTIONS....NOT BY CHECKING REVIEW FORUMS ! i didnt do this,i saw the signs but i ignored them and i paid dearly for it. this adry dude might be living in his mom's basement who knows? you cant get him like it or not. LOOK CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU LEAP. I wish you luck .

@Foxypips and ForexPro : Foxypips bought the 177$ package with 150$ only from 29 April, she didn't have 60 days but more than 120 days to download and use the systems she want, that's more than enough for anyone. I change password every 100 days to protect new stuffs I always update frequently. Don't ever think that you pay a relative small amount and can get access to the commercial stuffs forever. Don't bring other story here

I WILL bring that here so people know what happened. You still have my $150 yet I have no forex package. Whether I paid in April or yesterday, I should still get what I paid for. You told me in an email:

That is the real scam, when people sell cracked versions of systems.
This freaks download EAs and manual commercial systems on sharing-forums or groups and then sell this.
download EAs for personal test and then buy from the developer can i understand, but download and sell to members is a shame.

Perhaps, it's not his real name then. That was name attached to his paypal account. He also went by the name Matthew Sas. So I am not sure which one it is. Either was he is a crook and no one should buy anything from him let alone give him money to manage.

@foxypips .. prime4x or rather prime scammers. i published the account about 4 months ago. but removed it because they disabled all EAs from the account and wouldnt let me withdraw or transfer funds! they hit many people too so its old news. avoid them .
