Australia Retail Sales Data Due On Tuesday

(RTTNews) - Australia will on Tuesday release October numbers for retail sales, highlighting a light day for Asia-Pacific economic activity.
Sales are expected to rise 0.2 percent on month after picking up 0.9 percent in September.
Taiwan will provide Q3 data for gross domestic product, with forecasts suggesting an increase of 2.32 percent on year - accelerating from 1.36 percent in the three months prior.

Producer prices in the U.S. increased by much more than expected in the month of July, the Labor Department revealed in a report released on Thursday. The Labor Department said its producer price index for final demand shot up by 0.9 percent in July after coming in unchanged in June. Economists had expected producer prices to rise by 0.2 percent.
