(RTTNews) - Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. (CTBI) reported Wednesday net earnings for the second quarter of $19.50 million or $1.09 per share, edging up from $19.40 million or $1.08 per share in the prior-year quarter.
Net interest income for the quarter grew to $45.68 million from $43.08 million last year and noninterest income increased to $15.71 million from $14.76 million last year.

The report said initial jobless claims in at 248,000, unchanged from the previous week's revised level.
