ICMarkets is relatively, however, they don't have services or features in place to facilitate quant traders. No API to interact with etc.

Earlier this morning I submitted withdrawal request for my 2 accounts. And just about few minutes ago the funds has just arrived in my paypal account. Now my account runs on its profits as the ones that withdrew was the deposits.

Excellent broker. Easy funding, easy withdrawing. No problems at all. I have Live and Demo accounts. Support is quickly responding. I am with them since 2016. I very much recommend this broker for Newbies and for Seasoned traders as well. cTrader is very good for Robot trading. EURUSD mostly '0' spread. Lightning fast executions.

I'm new to IC Markets. My account is also quite new since I started trading with it only last December 14, 2020. So far I've grown my account from my initial deposit of $300 to $1K now (January 5, 2021). I hope I don't experience hassles when I start withdrawing.
