I contacted them for a quote a couple years ago. Price was outrageous for a simple EA. They should just be a broker in my opinion.

Asked FXCM for a quote for an indicator, and they came back with a silly quote that was way over-priced.
Found a much more reasonable quote for an indicator from another company listed on MyFXBook.
