Moving averages in in/out trading style

I don't know where this does belong to, because this is a bit strategical and a bit trading system issue, but..
I came into a conclusion that in/out 10h SMA, for example, does not work at all with a market making broker. In/out trading with a SMA requires a lot of entries, and exits with small gains, and if one is losing, say, 2 pips each trial it really does not pay off. So, 1 pip loss for each entry and one pip loss for each exit. Profits are going to be eroded away whilst the market is ranging. Really, SMA in trading begins to pay off in 4h/1D time frame.
Any opinons on this? Has anybody succeeded consistently in trading with a MM in lower (1h or less) time frames.

I am also using D1 & H4 time frames but comfortable with EMA; EMA 20.

You could try EMA 4,9,18 on 15 min timeframe, try it out on a demo account and let me know.

There's a saying that gets thrown around a lot...'leverage is like a double edged sword'. There's nothing wrong with going higher and I've actually read articles stating that several professional traders say they use 1:100 leverage so that seems to be a good amount. Just be careful!

I like scalping and I prefer to use ema and rsi as well. I believe that your success depends on how tou will set up indicators for trading activity. In my opinion, the toughest task is to setup indicators, because if you will do something worng, it can cost you lots of money or even your total deposit. So, ema and rsi aren't for scalping actually, but I trade successful, but of course, there are some mistakes in my strategy so I always try to improve. It's possible to trade with them, but you have to spend enough time on searching for entry points actually. It takes lots of time, but it can help you to make profits.
