Account under "Portfolio" has stopped updating...

Dont know where else to put this message. My account (under Portfolio) has not been updated since Feb 24. I havent changed anything to my knowledge and never had any problems before. Anyone else experiencing this problem? My account is with FXDD. An error message would be helpful if data cant be retrieved...

I sent a message to the team because I had the same issue with my Alpari Micro accounts. It was due to a change in their server address which they updated after my request. I would suggest clicking "Contact Us" under Support at the bottom of the webpage.

This option worked until yesterday, but the "Connect" button has disappeared from the panel. Any suggestions how to update accounts manually...??

Yes, metaquotes made some changes on build 500 http://forexmagnates.com/is-metaquotes-blocking-myfxbook/#comment-17779
If you work hard consistently eventually you will get it.
