Look up to ICMarkets, FxPro, Fxopen as the person above mentioned, mostly all my clients uses ICMarkets anyway, few uses Oanda and other brokers, but this does not mean I'm recommending brokers for you, make your own research.

broker recommendation is quite much difficult task because so many brokers right now available in online and most of them are found to be scams.

We the traders should choose the broker which is more appropriate to the concept of trading that will be used , if you love doing scalping should choose the broker which doesn’t restrict scalping and permits scalping including lowest trading spreads.

Always chose broker that are well regulated, this way when you trade no trick or manipulation from the broker and you are sure you profits are save.

I use FP Markets to trade, their spreads are quite good when compared to other brokers and no spread widening issues as well.
Another advantage is even though FP Markets is ASIC regulated they do have a st.vincents license as well, so we can be immune to leverage changes in future

Check out CWG Markets. I have been using it for a few months now. It is regulated by FCA and SVG. They do offer MT4 and MT5. Besides, they also require different password for MT platform and client portal. Furthermore, they have a nice trading environment with low spreads and high leverage. So far I have not encountered any problem with them.
