Can this be faked or is it real?
Hello all,
I've come across a person who is selling his EA bot from $999 and he has a lot of history of various FXBook accounts with huge successes.
Of course, my immediate thought would be that this is some kind of scam but the guy provides links to these highly successful portfolios on MyFXBook and even MT4 investor logins to view the trade histories. If I recall correctly, one of these logins go back as far as 2022.
Below is a link to his recent portfolio that he's sharing. I can't, for the life of me, work out how this can all be faked when the trades are all published and viewable on MT4 so does anyone else have any insight?
I've even checked the broker, Grand Capital and, despite them having some negative reviews in places, they seem well established and are a member of The Financial Commission (I'm not sure, however, whether this is as important as I think it is).
I would appreciate any insight anyone is able to offer and thanks in advance.

I too have found this.
There was a similar account now deleted by fx.
That is a different link to same personthat you have supplied.
I have noticed in personal profile there is no accounts listed, when legit they have accounts publicly showling.
I have followed a couple of traders on telegram that only copy trade and are ok.
I think this one may be scam, but will follow and see when more info comes around.
I am going to have a play with the free EA's that are avail on here.

This guy's links to MyFXbook span back to 2022 and are still on there, so there isn't any evidence of his accounts being deleted.
He's also notified me that there should be a copy trading facility coming soon, so I've told him I'll wait for that. He hasn't been chasing me to get me to pay or anything so everything does seem legit to me, I just can't bring myself to give him any money.
There was a different telegram group with a copier which I did get on board with, but that blew my account as I didn't have enough of a margin. I've been too cautious to resume copying that one since as it uses a grid system to place trades and I'm not keen on that.
I still don't understand if it's possible to manipulate trades shown on MyFXbook, which is why I posted this thread. That's what's holding me back here.
