Where do I look for the MT5 version I'm using?

Hi all
Excited to be part of the community!
You can tell from the question that I'm new and wanting to complete my profile.
Is there a help section here that I've missed because I'm unable to see the answer to my question.
I'm using MT5 (desktop) and on the Help tab, when I scroll down to Check For Updates then click, nothing opens
Attached are screencaptures showing where I'm stuck in MyFX Book and another showing the MT5 Check For Updates link that does not open
