What's the differences between the so called "investing in Forex" and betting on the exchange odds on a gambling websit. To me these two things are close. Have the strategies out there actually helped you gain your wealth? Should one just invest in hedge funds or one could get more on doing this so called Forex investment?

Trading of any kind is a probabilities game. But within that lies skill to stack the odds in your favour. When placing a bet on say sports randomly you are just accepting the odds you're given. Like flipping a coin (if given equal odds). With trading you are actively seeking an edge over the market so that long term you make money. Just as the bookie does with gamblers.
If you can't spot the liquidity then you are the liquidity.

I think that forex is a lot more structured than gambling. There is news and other data to consider to make an informed decision, even though your results aren't guarantee. Spending time studying the market helps increase your odds of doing well.
