Basically they will be writing to every client in around 6-8 weeks to settle the clients claims. we should all get our funds back, or at least a damn good portion... I had only just opened a small account and had around 7% proffit, i would be happy to just get my deposit back!
They should return all the amount, upto 50K is insured.
Yes, as far as i was aware my funds were secure!

come on...after QE was out...I believe you could have traded at least for a 100pip profit.

Thanks for explaining "Black Swan" event. I have had this issue of chart skipping in the past and I just thought the market moved so fast that it was unable to be captured. Now I know it is because of the liquidity provider.
I also publicly apologize for the negative comments directed towards you in the past from me. My apologies. :)

He answered one of mine after waiting a week, do you still have BE and entry filter to true? I just turned back on at TradersWay. I see you did better than Jared again ;o)

I havn't received from the vendor any feedback or recommendations since a couple of weeks,
I think we need to undestand if we can set up Keltner to protect our account from similar event (SNB),
is the slippage setup reliable ?

for the followers of this EA and the ones that bought it, short question. If we ignore the crazy gain during the SNB, which was not a realistic gain coming from the settings of this EA, what was the gain in Dec and Jan?
