Hi! The key factor is the overall trading pattern and behavior, not a single trade. As a general guideline, trades held for more than 2 minutes are typically not considered tick scalping. However, even if you occasionally have a trade that lasts less than 2 minutes, that alone will not be treated as a rule violation. We look at your trading activity as a whole.
