The dollar quickly changed its place with the yen and the recorded 45 pips on its account. The beginning of the trading session was with the opening price 112.37. The momentum of the yen the previous day helped reaching the daily high of 112.54 in the early hours of the day. The support level of 111.98 was pierced by bears and they took their bottom level at 111.62. The day ended with a break for the second time on the same support, at a price of 111.92.

The pound continued upwards momentum and managed to add another 31 pips against the dollar. The day was volatile. The price by opening of session was 1.2507, as in the morning had bottomed at a rate of 1.2474. There were four strong bullish hours and a high at 1.2549. Ultimately session ended in the red for the dollar at a price of 1.2538 dollars per pound.

After two weaker days in the presentation of the euro, today it rose against the dollar. At the beginning of the session nothing suggested that the bulls will be able to close the session in green. The rate by opening of the session was 1.0683, and at 7:00 had pierced the support level of 1.0660. This led to a daily low at 1.0640. Then the Bulls brought the price to a high of 1.0713. After a little hesitant movements, the day was closed with rise of the euro to 1.0697.

The dollar lost significant ground against the yen on Monday. The US currency broke a two-day winning series and returned to the levels of early last week. Key values were drilled, but short-term expectations remain in favor of the dollar. In this case the support at 112.44 is threatened. The session started at 114.70, and the final was 94 pips higher. The trend has bearish character all the time, bottom of the day was struck at 113.45.

The pound recorded a slight decrease against the dollar during the first day of the week. British currency justified the negative expectations and the couple came to the support at 1.2408. If the downward momentum continues in the future, the key level will be breached. Session on Monday launched at a price of 1.2587 as bearish sentiment prevailed from the start. Once the bottom was reached during the day at 1.2465, the pound regained some of the lost positions. The finale was put on a course of 1.2485.

The euro recorded an extremely volatile session against the dollar on Monday. Ultimately the trade finished in favor of the US currency, but the single currency managed to offset most of the losses incurred in the first half of the day. The start was given at a price of 1.0717 as bearish sentiment dominated from the start. So the support at 1.0639 was breached as the pair hit bottom at the 1.0619. Finish line was crossed 74 pips higher.

The US dollar experienced a significant decline against the yen on Monday. After a volatile session, the dollar lost 154 pips at a closing price of 112.69. Price managed to break through the first support at 114.00, while the daily extremes were reached respectively at 114.42 and 112.68. The outlook in the short term remains neutral and levels at 114.00 and 111.00 - key for the subsequent performance.

The pound recorded significant increase against the dollar on Monday. The session started at 1.2375 and ended at 1.2533. After steady upward movement the price managed to break the first resistance at 1.2516. If the upward trend continues we can expect a test of the next resistance at 1.2700.
