Hello traders.With about nine 4 hr candles inability to close above the 155.555 level higher time frame Fib extension of GBPJPY,I believe the corrective move is over and the initial down trend resumed.We should target(testing it) last daily time frame swing low at 151.634 level and possibly go lower down to 149.78 if we see the correct continuation set-up

Hello traders,following the massive selloff GBPJPY last week and the 4 hr time frame technical set-up yesterday-Monday,we are due for a corrective move up perhaps upto 158.23 level or less.However,the rate decision today and the CPI and core CPI positive news further support the corrective rally.I think we should watch out now again for good buy set-up to target 155.82 and 156.19 possibly God-willing.

GBPJPY sold off massively this week as we suspected-over 800 pips so far this week alone till date.Let us see what happens at NY session,we may be haading down to 151.65,150.25 and 149.36 target with the last probably next week,God-willing.

I believe that these positive nears are not indicative of dollar strengthening in the long-run.I see these are factors to give traders the opportunities to buy at lower prices and sell high at say 1.1590.I think buying from anywhere around 1.1328 upwards as low risk buying with SL at the last low in 1 hr time -frame,God-willing.

If the 4 Hr rejection candle low of EURUSD is broken by 10 pips,I see a reasonable entry point at 1.1290 with SL at 1.1399 and TP at 1.09830 ie over 300 pips(1;3 risk-reward) for a conservative trader,God-willing.Aggressive traders would enter earlier,I suppose but I have no opinion yet.

Market once more traded beyond our SL before the set TP.This reminds one of a very important practice of moving the SL to BE as the market moves in one's projected direction,especially after hitting the daily pivot's S1-which is the normal daily trading zone support level.

THe SL was triggered,obviously due to the two high impact news of the consumer confidence and the speech of the Fed Chair Janet Yellen to the economic club hours after we had entered the trade.It was an oversight from my end that I did not accommodate that in setting the SL.My opinion is to re-open the sell trade on this pair with the same TP.For those who arr not already in the trade,they might wait for lower time frame pullback at say 5 or 15 minutes time frame and then enter on pullback's completion.In the 15 minutes time frame there is a strong lower price rejection with the 200 SMA a...
