I like to say a truth for this company, according to my experience DERIV company is a top priority become a better and profitable businesses trader this is due to their instrument provided such as volatility,boom,crash, currencies, metals,jump index, stocks, withdraw methods and processing time, customer service and response to listen the customer all are very truth excellent.

What would you improve about Deriv?

maybe to add Bitcoin, Nasdaq, and to reduce commission for some currencies

Easy withdrawals and deposit that reflect quickly

I can't say yet since I'm only a beginner, but I would comment later after using this broker

Tied with other brokers but the verification process was always unable to complete but deriv was different since it only need a day to complete my verification and also withdrawals are processed quickly.

I like the way trades are executed, very swift but sometimes delays

The customer service is flawless, the broker offers trading with different platforms to accomodate everyone, I actually figured out I like cTrader more than MT5

What would you improve about Deriv?

Implement more robust charting services because the tradingview is a bit buggy howver the effort is worth noting

I have been using this broker since 2018 and the only time I have ever had a problem with them was on 25/12/2024 and ibasically couldn't deposit because I couldn't accept their Ts & Cs. It took a little while which was understandable since they use a ticketing system and their staff was probably off for the holidays, it got resolved first thing this year tho. Super happy with their service.

Its copy trading functionality is impressive.

What would you improve about Deriv?

The fees aren't great to say the least. It need to improve on a few basic functions but overall it is a good platform.
