great leverage options, fast withdrawal process and very responsive customer service. i will stick with them till i find a better broker, thats what i said 2 years ago and still havent found better.

What would you improve about Vantage?

i dont use their app to trade, but if i had to, the app would be a miserable platform to trade on, capital.com has a better trading platform, however i use vantage on mt5 and tradingview i dont use their app to execute trades on.

smooth experience so far, especially when trading a swap-free raw ecn account, spreads are almost non existent in gold and btc which are my main two assets i trade

the profit calculation of Copy trading is not exactly. I had one case: i have profit in that day, and i withdraw money (the profit), but copy trade platform statistic that i loss in that day.

Vantage is a great broker all things considered. It's fast, snappy, all the assets have deep liquidity, and I never had any issues since I joined a couple years ago.

Noticed recently ​USC accounts not able to trade BTC, also suddenly it can’t even create new USC accounts right now. This is a pain point, especially for new users.

you should employee more people for customer service and fix the ticket system.

I opened an account with them, and at kyc lvl 3 my name was flipped for some reason, last name became first name and first name became last name, for 10 days I have tried to contact customer service by email and live chat.
at the end after waiting in for along time in live chat, I was able to talk to someone, which told your name does not affect deposit and withdrawl, and they still did not fix it.
Moreover, I could not open a support ticket, always receving some error had occured.
at day 14 I requested my account to be close and why, and supsingly I received an email it is now closed.
