Its been too long I halt trading (in Real & Demo). In fact, I withdrew most of my deposited amount in my account in the middle of 2011 and diverted the funds to a small business locally.
Recently - started September of this year 2012, i started back trading (both on this DEMO and Live with same entry and pairs. What trades; I have in this demo is the same setup I have with my live account. However, my Live account is now in far lesser than last year because I withdrew most of it last year) but this time is not as often as last year. The Less is MORE made sense to me as I look at the equi......

This is a perfect example of not managing risk. I hope all of us guys (pinoys) who wish to be a trader - will extensively learn the basic discipline.

what happened to the "15% daily profit" post?? where is it?
Suggestion:
with due respect Benanke, your statement would be more appealing and convincing if you can present a "whole year round" of History of your trading than a "4 days". Surely if you would, many-many investors should rush to put on their capital at Benanke INvestment. :)

autopilot is an awesome feature whether it is a Car, Plane, Chopper, etc... but in worse conditions you need to switch to "manual" or else you'll get busted. In your case, you are doing it right (Automated with manual overide).
Did you code your own EA? I mean are you the one creating it? I really desire to code my own EA but I think I cannot be a programmer. Attempted to read books on MQL programming and want to learn as fast as I can but I failed. hehe

Thanks for your assistance. It does not work via publisher even turning OFF firewall totally (Disabled via services) but by myFxbook's EA, it worked fine.
This time, i turned back on the firewall while using EA and it works flawlessly.

Note on the TIme stamp on the MT4 client's journal and the Modified date on ftp.myfxbook.com is different. It is because of my local time. I think that is understandable :-)

IS this problem resolved?
I have the same problem with MT4:
ftp: statement.htm failed
Ive done disabling Firewall - same problem occurred
Ive done opening/adding port 21 at firewall exeption - same problem occurred.
Ive tried uploading a locally generated statement.htm to ftp.myfxbook.com:21 and it was successful (seemed though) but after about less than 10 minutes, the statement file size on ftp.myfxbook.com became zero. << this was observed while mt4 client was running and publisher is enabled of course.
I was suspecting that the MT4 is uploading an empty statement.htm, t......

Just a comment on FxOpen as a broker - I've never tried a broker as erratic as FxOpen. I cant imagine in the last 1 second you are +60 points and earning a +$ and in suddenly you are -30 points something and you are now negative. Also plenty of occurrences that the last close differs largely in the next period's open. (sigh)...

Oanda is where I have a LIVE account (micro) and it has been up for a year now. as far as my experience with them - I have no problem at all. There were times I have concerns raised in their support and they are sincere and determined to let me understand the situation. I appreciate their sincerity. I am confident when I would open a larger amount, They can be trusted.
