what did you do to fix the problem?
I closed all my charts, restarted the platform, right clicked on my market watch window hit show all and then when I hit f9 my window started working.

I thought I pressed send. I guess it did not go through.
I closed all the charts, restarted the platform. In the market watch window I right clicked and pressed show all. When I pressed f9 after that everything worked.

Right click on 'Market Watch' tab > "Show All'

Go to the market window, right click on any pair, select 'show all', and then you can see all the pairs and will be able to place any orders.

Does anyone no how to fix the issues with the platform not allow orders to be placed or different chart? Thanks

you need to place order on pair symbol with a dot like EURUSD. .;

I still cannot place a trade. I tried but nothing work. The order window will come up ,but there is nothing there.

If you haven't tried to do so already....
right click on the market watch window and select "show all",
then try again to trade.
