Hi Rev, I have same case. But its normal. To make sure that you are already register, just recheck in myfxbook, log in.... choose contest....choose fixi trading cup contest...then choose... all competitors...and then check every pages from 1 ...just pay attentions to your country flag.... and you there you are.

Is FIXI trading contest is real?. One of my client told that they are not supporting good. If we open accounts with them for contest it would be hard to get the money that we Win

i would like to inquire about the following rules:
· Minimum volume to be traded during the competition is 0.01 lot.
· Maximum volume to be traded during the competition is 10 000 lots.
does this mean that i can open only one position at a time and that it should not be more that 10,000. or i can have many 1 lot sizes at the same time

We have seen some of you rising the issue of not recieving credentials to log-in to your FIXI Trading Cup account. As a host of the competition, FIXI Markets has sent e-mails with the login credentials to the e-mail you have kindly used for the registration.
Please kindly check all the folders in your mailbox for such e-mail. In case you still are not able to get the necessary credentials, please kindly approach our customer support center at [email protected] and they will be happy to help you out.

Thanks for your question. As written in the Terms and Conditions of the FIXI Trading Cup, contestant may open 10000 lots during the entire competition and can open 1 lot size trades simultaniousely.
"· Minimum volume to be traded during the competition is 0.01 lot.
· Maximum volume to be traded during the competition is 10 000 lots.
· Minimal step size during the competition is - 0.01 lot.
· Maximum number of open positions/pending orders during the competition is - 200."

I registered for FIXI contest and was told to wait for communication regarding setting up the demo account etc. This has not happened in more than 48 hours.

just ask the credential through fixi live chat.what they need is your registration email and all info will be send to your email.All the best guys

I had also the problems of not having the log-in credentails. I sended a e-mail to them. I immediatly received an e-mail back with the credentails. So, They have a good support ! Sure for me !
