EA's are allowed in the competition since Valutrades has no restrictions in using EA's on live accounts even those that are scalping. I am sure there are some pretty talented EA builders that will be high up the leader board but in a month someone who takes a view keeps on that direction for a month could also make some big returns position trading.

EA mean expert advisor to automatic trades. Nothing is mentionned about EA's in contest rules

As I understand the only things not allowed are multiple accounts and arbitrage, so we assume EA, scalping, hedging are all allowed, thats why we are limited to leverage of 1:100 only

spread is not very important for me. I started running my EA today and it's not spread dependent
