there are many ECN brokers who offer you even cheaper than what you 10micro pips(or 1 pip)

In previous contests this usually happened when accounts got disqualified . Let's wait for Valuetrade's official update on that :D

Iraq was not a member and also Lybia was not. Syria is also not a member......
Sixty central banks and monetary authorities are currently members of the BIS.

That is correct - competitors who break the rules are disqualified.

Not all countries have central banks.
Some countries are not really important to be under control.
Afghanistan, Iraq, Lybia, Syria, Iran are important. They need to be controlled by International Bankers.
If sanctions won't help with Iran, then bombs will 'help'.
