You only need to install the MT4 platform https://www.gdmfx.com/en/trading/mt4-desktop (direct link https://www.gdmfx.com/sites/default/files/gdmfx4setup_20160410.exe) and log in on the GDMFX-Demo server. If it says "no connection" then most probably a firewall/antivirus is blocking the connection.

We are not sure what is meant by "Management EAs", however any kind of EA trading is not allowed.
