All you need to do is connect your Xverse wallet in testnet mode. Then to complete chapters 1 and 2 in a few hours. Then you claim your rewards and participate in the bags war.
Can it be done via mobile devices like an android or iPhones?
Personally, I use my computer.
You can try with your phone through your wallet browser but I don't know if it works.
