about FINFX
I have decode two days data.
if say average slippage -3.40pip
I can use this -3.40 to my favor on some trades.
also I can create 1.00 pip OFFSET and it becomes -2.40pip
as a result
on some trades I will have -2.40 pip
on some trades I will have +3.40 pip
so I can decrease slippage from -13.50pip to -5.00pip. this is currently theory.
So I guess this can give me a opp. to make it profitable. but ofcourse I should wait until weekend.

current tests with new brokers.
broker D & E :
total trades : 29
P/L : 1.757 + (-1000) = 757 usd after comission
broker D & FINFX :
total trades : 21
P/L : (-21) + (-395) = -416 usd
this is not surprisng after aver. -3.40 pip minus slippage.
this period is the raw data collection as I mentioned before.

I had a trade open.
what happened. NOTHING.
NO WORRIES for SL or TP or what happened to my trade should I call the desk ( if it would be Live ).
DUE IT IS HEDGED.
system waited until platform recover and then keep working.
on conventional trading you should worry about it but with this system you can got to Gym while your broker support trying to fix. :)

How to properly test slippage without building a sophisticated DLL/EA like yours?
I'm using a script to enter my positions - with in the script After the OrderSend() function is used , Print Function displays the "" broker time - Spread - and bid/ask"" to see if I'm getting the order that I requested. To me this doesn't seam like the best approach. Have any ideas?

you dont need a dll for that
LONG TRADE EXAMPLE
1 - when you send an order store the actual price in a variable. THIS IS ORDER SEND PRICE : V1
2 - order open price. THIS IS ORDER OPEN PRICE : V2
3 - After order open store the actual price in a varıable. THIS IS PRICE AFTER ORDER OPEN : V3
if you see the following close your account at that broker and find another.
IF ( V1==V3 && V1 - V2 < 0 ) then there is problem
or send me your script I will fix it for you 😉

after decoding current data I found another OFFSET setup for FINFX.
this one is better then quoted
now I can OFFSET slipp 1.70 pip to my favor and the GAP is bigger to my favor.
every broker has it is own code😉

I am seeing many questions about below warning at threads.

the reason is gap or missing bars on M1 or M5 chart. and going MAX offset 9 for M1 chart. ( I cant see M5 MAX )
this can be eliminated with refreshing chart if it is missing bar. but as it is going MAX 9 it will dismissed in 9 min by the EA.
so it is not a big problem

after quoted post I saw that Spike. and that spike make a huge profit for me. ( demo )
thats why I wanted to compare it with the Live account Data Feed.

demo will give me some information about real account setup. also MDP is running on pepperstone not on FINFX.

every new broker comes with new experience to explore. Test broker E platform was active connected and chart was in action. But I have noticed that there are nor order execution for a long time. when I checked expert log I have seen a NOT CONNECTED ERROR. so system has suspended and not taking trades.
that has fixed with reopen the platform🙄🙄

this post sounds like a conspiracy theory but I advise you to read carefully😎
I have mentioned about an unknown error below post. it was new form me. I have searched about the broker and found out that it is possibly a scam broker. owner has a bad reputation. ( this my fault which I have not searched enough before start testing 😲 )
the reason of the error was my EA was loosing its variables during order execution open and close. this was causing system error and can not open or close orders without a reason.
It is normally very unusual for an EA that lost its working variables. for any EA the result of this will be disaster.
I assume that this broker has find a way of reseting variables at MT4 side when active. If this is true this one is one step ahead of all others. This is next level of manuplating I guess.

other 3 brokers are currently on test vps and local and doing well. this test is raw data collecting period. real test will start next week after worked on raw data and setup the system for each broker.
when I see traders how hard they work on MDP to make it profitable for months, my stsrem is definetly much more eaiser then that. at the end you know what steps should be taken and after that if it works it works if not stop it 😉
my MDP start doing well on pepperstone with some setup changes. if I can make it work on Pepperstone with 2 days of test, I can make it work on many other brokers 😇
no clue if the broker pays or not 🙄
