Paypal is very expensive and you run the risk of a frozen account. They froze mine for almost 6 weeks, simply because I logged in from a country they didn't like. Apparently paypal users aren't allowed to travel.

1% only. They are reliable and famous. Paypal is popular in America, Skrill is popular in Europe, Webmoney is popular in Russian and Asia.

Liberty Reserve didn't go bankrupt. They had been shut down by US government due to money laudering. People who works with them don't have to verify their personal informations, neither their home address. They just have to exchange with the liberty exchangers all over the world. This kind of payment is somehow similar to HAWALA payment.
