Hi,
I'm reading the account linking info. and it says it updates every 5 min. - so is this site provide trade copying or not? A 5 min. update doesn't allow for very accurate copying.
If not, is there a most preferred service to offer this?

No, it’s not! By the way, I am comfortable with the 5 minutes update!
