Don’t be too proud if you make money, and don’t be depressed if you lose money. Treat trading as work, "punch in" on time, operate according to the rules, and don't take a day off from work if you feel emotional.

Totally get what you're saying. Trading’s a lot like any other job — showing up matters. You don't skip work just because you're having an off day, right? Same thing here. It’s easy to get high on a win or beat yourself up over a loss, but that’s when things go sideways. Stay steady. Mindset > money, at least until you make it consistent.
