How do I fully verify my account?

in settings it appears that my account needs to be fully verified. The account connects and the passwords are correct. How do I fully verify the account?

I'm also on a Mac. The instructions for verifying an account are only for Windows. I've replaced the Investor Password with the Authorization Password, but I now I cannot connect to the account.

Most likely it's not connecting because the markets are closed. It will probably connect when the market opens Sunday.
