Hey guys!! Shame I haven't seen this topic before , Ive been struggling with this guy for weeks!! In case your interested (and I think you are) the guys REAL name is 'Lucas Garcia' , all the other names he uses here and there are fake. How do I know?? Well, it turns out that I was clever enough to sign a contract and... exchange our scanned IDs!! But I thought this could just be a random id from someone else, so I managed to figure out his IP with a little trick I know and it matched with the address that I saw on the back of the id , and 'Lucas Garcia' was also the name that appeared as the website owner , and it was also the name of the owner of the bank account associated to his 'company'... AND he also admited that he was the only one behind the so-called 'Trading team' , (so this team thing was another lie). I will attach the id with the number covered (because I dont know if its ok to share this here and I dont want any trouble , for that reason Im also not attaching the back side with the adress).. I saw that the skrill and payoneer accounts showed different names (Daniel and Pedro) so I first thought that there had to be more people implied , but he told me that he was just using accounts from friends to allow clients to pay with this methods because he had been banned in the past so he couldnt open an account himself (what a surprise, huh?)..

Anyway... When I feel scammed I can be very persistent hahaha!! I did a lot of research and I found out that the guy is being processed by the financial authorities of his country. Of course I couldnt get deep info because its confidential and they dont share it. So then I contacted him and I threatened him with the contract we had signed and I think this is the only reason why he kept talking to me after he had deleted everything. I had a couple conversations with him and I got a lot of info. First, he admited that he was being forced to shut his service because of the legal issues I mentioned , so that confirmed my theory. I dont think we need to be very inteligent to know that he was doing what he was doing without any license and thats why he was having those problems. I also saw that he had tried to change the name of the service , but he also deleted it in less than one week , according to what he told me: he had rebranded due to some problems with the Activtrades broker , and then the financial authorities came for him and this is the moment when he deleted this second service. This is important because thats how I know that hes not coming back again , and he also confirmed it to me , that hes going back to his old job and all. So , luckily for all , it seems that hes finally finished. I also did some research about his affiliations with the brokers and it seems that he was only affiliated directly with Actitrades , not with the others (he uses intermediaries) , so this could be another thing to threaten him with because Activtrades already kicked him out when they found out that he was offering EAs. I have the theory that it was Activtrades who managed to get these financial authorities attention over him , but who knows!!

Now about his EA... at first I thought just as you that it was all a lie because the results didnt match between my account and his. The first months I was making profits , but the results were different from the record , and then the last month and a half I was even negative… And dont get me wrong , I consider this a total scam , but the truth (surprisingly) is that when he showed me some investor passwords I saw that the EA seems to be legit , as well as the myfxbook account (which is now deleted). And no , Im not a newby so I woudnt be saying this if I wasnt sure of it: he made the myfxbook record history public for a while just for me to look (because I was threatening him) and all the trades in the investor password accounts matched perfectly with the myfxbook history, and one of the accounts had his name on it and I even saw the EA working live , and he even showed me a part of the code. This fact and the conversations I had with him made me come to the conclusion that he didnt set up his service with the intention to scam people , but he certainly ended up scamming because he wasnt able to make his EA work on the accounts of the clients who decided to remain with their brokers , like it is my case and yours. I joined with ICm because it is my trusted broker and I already got a lot of money in there , so I just didnt want to go trough his crappy and shady broker as you may understand. At first it was one broker (I cant remember its name , but it wasnt very famous), then it was Activtrades and then he finally went back to the first broker. What I know is that the EA worked on that broker (I saw two client accounts with investor passwords and the results were more or less like myfxbook for many months) but it didnt work on Activtrades. So this is basically why I consider this a scam: he kept offering his service even though he knew perfectly that the EA wasnt working in Activtrades or in other brokers!! I asked him why on earth woudnt he tell everyone to move to the only broker where the EA was working , he answered that he had done so but many people didnt want to move from their brokers and many others decided to stop trusting his service. In my opinion , regardless of the EA working or not , regardless of this slippage thing being warned or not , this is a scam because an EA needs to work in every broker and if not it has to be warned much more clearly!! He claimed that it was on the website and that he also warned about it , but I think I would remember that!! I think that they were all bad excuses and his behavior was dishonest… My theory is that he just cared about having new clients and getting the comissions from Activtrades instead of making sure every client was having a good service…

When I spoke to him last time and saw the investor accounts of course I still wanted to use his EA with this broker where it works , but he refused to let me and said that he wasnt going to do this ever again due to the mentioned legal problems. I wonder how can someone be so clever to program an EA like this and at the same time be so stupid to end up like that… He could have easily made millions if he had just got a license , worked with legal services like Signalstart or just made sure that the EA worked properly on the brokers before selling subscription to people. Instead of making millions , hes going to lose them , which I think is deserved , but what really pisses me is that I had been looking for an EA like this for ages and now just because it was in the hands of such a stupid person Im never going to be able to use it… It really makes me angry to think about it so I guess Ill just stop hahaha.

Btw , I got a partial refund from his own pocket , but only thanks to the contract I used to threaten him and all the information I had about his location (I think this really scared him of course hahaha). In case youre interested hes not giving refund to people because he is sure that theyre going to confiscate all the money he has made with this thing. He told me that he doesnt have to because results are not guaranteed and because the cause of the bad results was the broker and not the EA and all the clients had to do was to move from one broker to another and they decided not to do it , and also because most of the clients have made enough profits to at least compensate the price of the fee... Hmm , I think this are poor arguments, don't you think?? I think he doesnt give refunds just because hes going to have financial problems very soon (deserved) and he needs to cover his back.

Anyway guys , sorry I extended so much!! Like I said , I can be very persistent and I spent weeks researching and struggling... Now that I have recovered a small part of the money I paid and that I know that this guy is out of the trading businesses and that hes going to be ruined soon , I can sleep better at night hahaha!! I dont have the legal knowledge to know if this violation implies going to jail , but at least I know for sure that he is going to lose a lot of his money and that the financial authorities are going to be watching every move he makes. So first , hes going to be punished severely , and second , hes not going to be able to resume his service again , so personally Im satisfied (although I wouldve liked to use his EA , but certainly not if hes the one managing the service as you may understand). Luckily for me I didnt lose any money during the 3/4 months I followed his EA (actually I made some profits , specially on the first months , but anyway much less than what he made on the myfxbook record) , so it was more about the waste of time and the feeling of being fooled... I was going to give you a way to contact him and threaten him the same way I did , but unfortunately I just saw that he has disappeared completely from everywhere.
