I been testing EAs for over 2 years, and I can notice FRWC was a crap all around. HIRIDER the only one worth may blow your account at sometime. I said this in the beggining of this discussion, was better to go to Las VEgas and play with 1000usd in the casino.

I just received a mail from FRWC stating they will stop selling their EA starting from today 5 March 23:59
Main reason given is to focus on client support.
Is that a real concern for them or an other marketing trick?

You do realise that what you posted can in some countries constitute a prosecutable offense, right? Plus that it paints your character in a very unflattering light.
Most of you appear to expect instant results, and I don't blame you for taking in all the marketing spiel. But let your analysis of the trades speak for themselves before crying for blood.
You've only tested for 2 weeks, and unfortunately on recommended parameters that are less than ideal. Put some effort in and work out how to maximise your money spent and tweak the parameters. And give your recommendations/observations. Fusion is a tool for your work. You don't buy a power drill and expect it to build your house for you.

According to FRWC customer service, the 30 days refund starts from purchase date not demo date. So it should be 30 calendar days, not 4 weeks.

I also received the e-mail from FRWC with development updates on the new Fusion V 121. Surely SV must have traded with fixed SL and TP in the competition otherwise it would have blown up or was he just VERY VERY lucky? No default settings are given in the update. Has anyone tested or worked out what these parameters should be?

The SupportSuit at FRWC said that the default SL and TP in SV are false and EA will close trades according to its own inner indicators. One must set your own SL and TP parameters (which are both open in the settings) or leave it as per default in the "new" Fusion. I think this is not very helpfull at all.

You have immediately illegitimized anything you have
to say. Again, it is painfully obvious that Fusion is
pure crap. And again, it does not take 30 days
to ascertain this. Actually, it only takes one week
to realize this. Not even 2 weeks is necessary.
Look at it again... LMD is pure and utter crap.
More so because not one single parameter is
under our control. I still scratch my head at
their SL and TP logic. I don't understand why
some people come in here and say this has to
be optimized for weeks and months? Stop blaming
and chastising the consumer already! Unless you
can guarantee that people will get their refunds.
Oh, and I was told it has nothing to do with purchase date.
You have to demo it for 30 days. So you bought it
30 days ago but demo shows 15 days, you will not get
a refund. I told you they are going to throw out
conflicting crap to people. At the 60 days end, they
may say to you, sorry... your demo should have been
running on defaults and on our IB competition platform.
Oh, and everyone should go to ticket and send this question
off.

HiRider would have made well over $8,000 easily
beating the crap out of LMD without even coming
close to blowing the account since HiRider's drawdown
was also significantly lower than LMD.

As you can tell, even their customer service support
do not have their acts together. Conflicting refund

This is utterly retardedly ridiculous. So, they never had any intention of
a refund just like what we read all the time but never believed... that
Plimus vendors never had any intention of refunds. OK... this is the deal...
So start this ASAP today...
Get a $1,000,000 demo account... start trading fixed lot of .01 Lot size.
Run it for 30 trading days... start this today folks!!!
For additional insurance, save your demo acct# and password.
In addition to saving the statements to your desktop for later
upload when sending in a refund ticket.
We'll see if they run and close doors or not... hey, at least now we
know that these clowns are associated with FAP Turbo guys... if they
run... we could harass them and also harass Plimus to no end.
Remember, we all only have a 60 day window... assuming that they will
even honor a refund. Let's see if anyone gets a refund... Feb 16th was
when people started buying this crap.
Uh, and why the hell do they need our statistics? Ridiculous...

card lost/stolen, they cannot charge you again
but they can still refund you if they are going to
do refunds that is.
So go report your card lost/stolen, get a ridiculously
huge demo account like $10,000,000 if you want, and
run the demo on a ridiculously small lot of .01 so that
there is absolutely no danger of blowing your account.
As you saw from that ridiculous support chat, they will
demand 30 more days from you. Then 60 days could
run out on you easily. So, let's do this guys...
go report your card lost/stolen today if you intend
on requesting a refund and if you did two payment option.
You know, I don't trust Plimus so I would report it lost/stolen
anyway even if you did one payment. If these clowns cared
about people's welfare in this crappy economy, they would
be more understanding with their support and with their
refund policies. But clearly they don't care... so playing
fair is out. Go report your card lost/stolen.

We report our credit card/check card lost/stolen.
And run the demo in the blind hopes that they
will give a refund without any further retarded
stipulations or rules. We get a $100,000,000 Demo
account and run fixed lot of .01. Fine.
At least they won't get a chance to charge you
again if you opted for two payment option. Or
if you do not trust them or Plimus.

If the account blew up, we can continue trading the same account till the 30 days are up, no need to restart a new account. The reply from FRWC as shown below.

I don't trust them.
I already got a $1,000,000 demo account and
