I really understand your concern and I hope you understand our concern too. We are working hard to make the new update better and faster.
Please notice that we have a fundamental team too. This team sets the EA working sessions. Now we are sure all entry points are the same as us and this give us more control.
As I said we are programing the new update. It will be ready soon.

It would be good if you had the update/fix ready as soon as possible. I lost a considerable amount and the sooner one can start recovering, the better. After all, the loss corresponds to several days of FxPapa EA winnings, around 2 weeks or more.
Didn't you say it was 24 hours? They have passed. When do you think we'll be ready to trade again?

hi fxpapa, i have installed your new vesrion 3.
but still i am getting mt4 crash problem. And i want to inform you that with FxPapa New Version 3, i am getting mt4 crash (automatic close) problem with mt4 previous version (build 409) and new version (build 416) both.
But with FxPapa previous version i am getting mt4 crash problem only with mt4 build 416.
What should i do. Can i use FxPapa old version with old mt4 version.

today i got a trade in EURUSD and that trade closed in loss within a minute. my balance is 920usd but the lot size was only 0.03 with default 10% risk.
what is this going on. Your trade on myfxbook is still open and going on but my trade closed in one minute and in loss with only 0.03 lot but the lot should be 0.09 on 920usd with
10% risk.
what are you doing. if the trade copier is not working fine, then why dont u share real automated expert advisor. I am disappointed with you and experience is not good.
do something. and tell me what all these happening. I am using latest version of fxpapa ea. give me the answer and solve it.

FxPapa, I have already installed the new update, but once again my trades are not lining up with yours. You currently have an open buy trade at 1.30368 that is down -16 pips. I got the same trade that opened at 1.30372, but it closed within 10 seconds after it opened for a -2.1 pip loss. What is going on? I thought this problem was fixed. I keep losing money due to this glitch in your program. Please get this fixed ASAP.
However, my lot size seems to be correct for the risk that I have set, so I'm not having a problem with that.

And now, of course, the EU price jumped up to 1.3050... So a trade that should have closed with at least a +10 pip gain was a loss of -2.1 pips. Nice! 😡

I'm not getting any errors in my Mt4 Journal or Experts tabs, and everything on the chart shows that FxPapa is connected properly and authenticated with the server (including the smiley face). But it still closed that last trade for a -2.1 pip loss within 10 seconds of opening it, while your trade closed for a +8.6 pip gain. It looks like there is still a problem with the updated EA...

The update is OK. We have started debugging our server to make sure everything is working fine.

if u cant solve this problem, then pls add "Fixed Lot Size" in ea input. So we can use lot size according to our requirement.
