Alex, if you want to optimize your EA, you have to do Hedging strategie, and use the history price and price action for open order with
reliabilty succes !.
I don't know how your EA is working, but the gain don't stop decrease since 6 last month.
I wish to you that your EA will be update and all of your subscriber happy, because most of them (not me, i not use your EA), have a
lot of money on their account, and really don't want that they loose EVERYTHING like that
I hope you have understand me.

Hi everyone,
After several months of trying this EA, I came to the conclusion that most losses occur directly after the FOMC meetings. Time after time. You could probably cut a lot of losses if you stop the EA after the FOMC and start the day or even week after with it.
Just a tip.

I thank you for your lovely tipp. Do you have a clue when the FOMC has a meetings? Regularly, like every month ?
But according to my losses with the Lion the should meet more often than once a month.
It would be nice to send out a warning, Maarten, when you see the FOMC has a meeting.

I do not hide setup. there is a trade algorithm, there are settings. All settings are open. But I cannot give an algorithm code for change

К сожалению, я не получал от автора отдельно настройки, хотя и приобрёл у него этот советник для трёх счетов. Поэтому использовал те настройки, которые были по умолчанию. А они, очевидно, не самые лучшие, что и приводит к неутешительным выводам относительно этого советника, поскольку кривая депозита неуклонно идёт вниз.

We not ask for mq4 source code.
Open inputs so we can change settings like distance between trades. Every 13 pips is high risk. We want to adapt to market conditions. We want to optimise.
This ea is no good to us anymore.

But it is not DD, it is loss, DD is not a problem if the EA could give gain, but it has give big loss since last month.

I understand that your EA doesn't use all input variables which you have listed in it. But can you explain why did you put them in the list?
As far as I saw just 2 input variables are really doing something: Risk and GMT-shift. As a result there are a lot of misunderstanding among the forum's people.
But I have more specific question. If I am thinking correctly your Lion does not work on Mondays, (my exemplar does not do it anyway). Why the same Lion works every day including Monday when tested with regular MT4 tester? Have you some special logic to defer real trading and test run?

Well all I can say is that when I ask Alex a question I get an answer.
I purchased his EA and I am running it using a demo account.
I started it Friday so its only had time to make one trade so far and it did not win, but hey not every trade is going to win.
I am using the same settings that the author recommended.
😀
