That was from the early stage of the EA, now those problems have been solved and since then there has been no high DD.

There are still drawdowns that are bigger than 50% last months... Not really fixed don't you think...
Equity is always a lot lower than the balance, thats also quite contrary to your statement.

Now check again. No DD now.
Just for now. In the past there was a period without a huge drawdown aswell. Who says it won't be doing the same thing aswell?
