Why is it that I didnt get the buy order today, not only that but the sell order didnt closed automatically like just other account. Good thing it was on profit and closed it manually. Please check my message.

Somethig is strange. Very curious.
Order was in profit, few hours ago. Then we can see loss, huge loss...
Trades are open, but I am thinking - will be lost or even without close.
I sent email but without reply. I think this is technic problem and accounts are in danger.
I respect company NCM Signal, but today I am very confused.

I;m not sure what you're expecting - the trade went into profit but didn't hit he profit target.
The system has been here before and will open more trades when the original trade goes against us, as it has just done. There isn't tight stop loss management in place.
So there's nothing new here, other than the trades rarely go against us but this one has. The worry we should all have is that there is zero doubt that this system will blow up at some point, as they all do. Wil this be the one?

Looks like you need to slow down and think about what you're writing. All trades are still open.
If you want certain outcomes and complain if you don't get it then put your money in a bank savings account.
Trades are currently so far from a stop-out your panic is completely unwarranted.

From what I have studied in this strategy there is something very strange indeed.
Before I get started in this system, one or two weeks ago, I noticed the grid is made with intervals of 45 pips between the trades. This time the intervals are 55 pips. If he had kept the 45-pip-interval he would get out of trade way faster. Why is this sudden change of strategy? This make us investor lose confidence on the system.

Somebody is closing positions by manual way. I think, this is good and owner of NCM told about this.
Also, I think 20+ EUR/ USD in profit is enough to get out from transaction. Bot should consider this, if conditions are poor/ unstable/ hard to predict.
My respect for Company, but I am affraid that all bank can be wiped out with so huge swings, or positions can be opened for very long months.

Having closer trade intervals would mean that the drawdown would be higher.
If you aim at nothing you will hit it every time.

Thenonky problem now is gbpcad has broken resistance. So there wont be a drop below this. Any recovery has to be done by further grids above resistance.

The changes they make actually give me more confidence.
Would you prefer a strategy that is regularly optimised to current market conditions, or one that tries to apply the same rules forever?
Hint: I can tell you that only one of these will survuve for the long term.
If you'd been subscribed through Brexit you would know that they halved the risk when volatility was extreme because it was the sensible thing to do.
Had they not done that it might have seen the account get stopped-out.

I have cut my losses (read substantial-- 10.5%) and have put NCM on hold..
I will see how they get out of this and then wait and see. I will consider cancelling my subscription..
Strange that they run the euro account different to the dollar account..
Euro account has closed all positions at about breakeven and the dollar accounts is still open with a 11.82% draw-down
